The U-M Life Sciences Orchestra will play a free concert of music by American composers, and European composers with American ties. The concert is open to all and no tickets are required. The LSO is made up of faculty, staff, students and alumni from the medical and scientific areas of U-M, and led by music director Robert Boardman.

Among the works the LSO will perform will be three songs about the University writtem by prominent alumnus Bill Brehm, which will be sung by the U-M Arts Chorale.
