Come join us for the first ever Fresh Check Day held at the University of Michigan! Fresh Check Day is not your typical event on mental health. It is a CAPS sponsored, campus wide fair held in the diag with interactive booths held by 9 different student organizations, amazing entertainment,  free food, and prizes (you can win a flat screen tv!). Fresh Check Day hopes to eliminate stigma and create an uplifting environment where we can create peer-driven, productive dialogue about mental health. What better way to do that then to join your friends on a beautiful day, have fun, and learn how to change the way we talk about mental health. Mental health affects the life of so many students and faculty on our campus, and now is the perfect time for us to all come together to show those who suffer that they are not alone.
