College of Engineering Graduate Students are invited to enjoy a free lunch, while learning about the basic elements of emotional intelligence, and reviewing the concept of emotional intelligence using the Bar-On model. Participants will also examine how knowing and using emotional intelligence can improve their individual and team performance.
