Telle Whitney will give the 19th William Gould Dow Lecture in EECS. A computer scientist, Telle has worked tirelessly to expand the opportunity for more women to participate in technology. She cofounded the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing Conference; the National Center for Women & Information Technology; and the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology, where she served as President and CEO from 2002-2017.
