Aerospace Day
Aerospace Day is the aerospace department's biggest outreach event and it's a great way to meet and connect with the next generation of aerospace engineers!
This semester's Aerospace Day is almost here! On Saturday, April 7th stop by the FXB and GFL to see all of the amazing things the aerospace department and student organizations do. Student project teams will be showcasing their projects and leading interactive activities with young students, and the Engineering 100 blimp competition and Aero 205 hovercraft competition will be held in the atrium. This is an exciting opportunity to learn more about your department and the opportunities it offers, and to excite visiting students who are interested in aerospace engineering!
Michelle Evans, the author of "The X-15 Rocket Plane," will give the AIAA distinguished lecture at 9 AM in the Boeing Lecture Hall. All are welcome to attend!
Note: Registration for activities is currently full but you can sign up on the waitlist.
Aerospace Day is funded by the FXB Fellowship Vehicle Institute
