Creative Trajectories: A Different Stamp on the World
As part of the University of Michigan’s celebration of the “Victors for Michigan” campaign close, the Stamps School of Art & Design will host Creative Trajectories: A Different Stamp on the World, a conversation about the often unexpected ways U-M art and design graduates utilize their strategic problem solving skills and making expertise in the workplace. Moderated by Dr. Jane Prophet, associate dean for research, creative practice, and strategic initiatives at the Stamps School, this panel discussion will take place at the University Museum of Art’s Helmut Stern Auditorium on Friday, November 2 from 1:30-3 pm.
While many art and design graduates enjoy careers in the creative industries, others find joy in leveraging their transferable skills across a broad range of career paths. This is especially true for the alums of the Stamps School, who benefitted from refining their strong creative practice within the context of an academically rigorous research university.
This event is free and open to the public. No RSVP is required.
