I talk about a car racing challenge in the world highest series Le Mans 24-Hour Race and World Endurance Championship,technology development with the car manufacturer, new mobility society (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric, MAAS), education and Women’s empowerment, from the experience of race car driver, faculty, business manager.

Keiko Ihara made a race debut in 1999. she achieved the highest scores as a female driver in the World Endurance Championship, also became the first female winner in Le Mans series. She focused on educational activities and the policy making in the areas of mobility. In June 2018, She became the youngest and first female director of Nissan Motor Corporation.
