Meg Waite Clayton, a lawyer who worked in the high-powered world of corporate mergers and acquisitions for a top international law firm, was a University of Michigan undergrad (history and psychology) and is a graduate of the U-M Law School. She lives in Palo Alto and Santa Barbara, California.
