Photographing Water
Water is one of the major themes in landscape photography, manifesting itself as a solid, liquid, and vapor. Any one of these phases may require a different approach in technique, and each has a different mood and aesthetic in photography. Join Mark O'Brien for this 2-session class that will provide students with the knowledge of how to photograph water and improve their images. Digital cameras with manual adjustment are recommended. We will spend one session in the classroom and outdoors and one session back in the classroom reviewing images and discussing technique and tools. Part I: Sun., March 6, 1-4 pm; Part II: Thurs., March 10, 7-9 pm.
Cost
- U-M students and Matthaei-Nichols members: $32; nonmembers: $40.
