This workshop helps to enhance the mentoring relationship between the student and research faculty mentor/advisor. During the workshop, students and faculty will have the opportunity to develop a Mentoring Plan, a two-way agreement about goals, needs, and expectations; it is co-written by the student and research faculty mentor/advisor. It is an excellent way to establish and support mentor-mentee relationships. Registration is required of both the faculty member and student.
