MESWN MESWN (Michigan Earth Science Women’s Network) is excited to facilitate the session on “Desire to be flawless in academia: Good or bad?” with CAPS (Counselling and Psychological Services) faculties, Dr. Jamye Banks (Coordinator of Suicide Prevention and General Outreach Requests) and Dr. Nidaa Shaikh (Embedded Psychologist, College of Engineering) who will be addressing the attributes of perfectionism, how it affects the academic career and ways to overcome the stress associated with it.
