What are some of the central policies governing Michigan education today, and what does the future hold? Dr. Randy Liepa, Superintendent of the Wayne Regional Educational Service Agency, joins us to discuss the current state of K-12 education in Michigan and how a unique collation of business, education, labor, philanthropy, and state and community leaders called “Launch Michigan” has joined forces to promote research-based strategies for educational excellence and equity for all Michigan students, with a goal of bridging partisan divisions and transcending election cycles.
