You’ve probably heard of life hacks that help you use your time more efficiently. Why not think about managing your time in the bigger picture? How are you actually using your time? This workshop is based on the book 168 Hours: You Have More Time Than You Think by Laura Vanderkam. You will complete a time-tracking exercise prior to the workshop to help you understand how you actually use your time. During the workshop, we will discuss our results in small groups and strategize ways to fit all the things we would like to into our day.
