Special Guests: Greg Harden, Assoc. Athletic Director & Chinyere Neale, UHS/PULSE Health Educator
"Let's Talk About Sex" is a workshop that was created in need to provide the African-American community and campus community at large the opportunity to learn more about safe sexual health. Due to an increase in STI outbreaks, H.E.A.D.S. saw a need to supply campus with a workshop. Chinyere Neale will be presenting with PULSE representatives the facts about sexual health and consequences of not getting checked. In addition, she will be teaching the resources on campus for those to get checked and where to find reasonably priced contraceptives. Greg Harden will be motivating students to take advantage of these resources and reminding them the importance of taking care of your body and community. He will also be stressing the importance of knowing you status in an effort to combat AIDS in the minority and majority communities.
