This three session course will help home and property owners, investors, and intellectually active seniors understand the latest developments in the local housing market and how it affects them, their friends, and families.
Topics include: current housing market trends, factors that influence future market prices, preparing your home to sell, how property taxes are calculated, normal vs. distressed sales, foreclosures, short sales, the rental market, and other topics proposed by participants.
