Michigan Alumni Sam Walker will be visiting our university to talk about his book "The Captain Class." CNBC, The New York Times, Amazon, Sport Illustrated and others described "The Captain Class" as "one of the year's best business books."

A GREAT LEADER IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK
Most people believe that leadership is a God-given skill bestowed on the few; a combination of raw talent, playmaking ability, charisma, dominance, and emotional extroversion that stands out in a crowd. So when we become leaders, we rely on what we’ve seen in the movies.
