Many students don’t encounter a male teacher until they reach middle or high school. Teachers of both genders come with varying viewpoints and experiences they can share with students. Diverse experiences allow students to see how to conduct themselves in and outside the classroom.Urban Teachers wants more students to have that diverse viewpoint and we are welcoming more men to join our program.
