23rd Ann Arbor Annual Downtown Blooms Day (rain or shine)
Register: Please register by 5pm on Friday, May 13 at http://aabloomsday.eventbrite.com.
Meeting location and time: We will meet at the International Center (603 E. Madison St.) at 8:45am to walk over to Liberty Plaza as a group (10 minute walk).
Event description: Join hundreds of volunteers to help beautify Ann Arbor at the Downtown Blooms Day. Volunteers will plant flowers, mulch planters, and help spruce up the downtown areas along State, Main, South University, and Liberty Streets. Supplies will be provided for planting flowers throughout downtown, although you can bring your gardening gloves and trowel if you have one. Please dress for the weather. Interested individuals, families, youth groups, and other organizations will participate in this event. Help us represent the U-M international students/scholars in this community effort!
