We encourage freshmen and sophomores to join us to learn more about McKinsey and the Undergraduate Diversity Summit Program on Friday, February 15. Representatives from McKinsey Black Network and Hispanic Latino Network will speak about their work, communities, and tips for success at McKinsey.

McKinsey’s Undergraduate Diversity Summit was established with the goal of meeting and supporting talented Hispanic/Latino, Black/African-American, and Native American college freshmen and sophomores in their professional growth.
The 2-day program includes interactive activities and workshops, as well as exciting panels and speakers. We hope you’ll join us for this opportunity to learn and connect with your peers alongside a group of inspiring McKinsey professionals. This program, which is part of our firm-wide effort to attract top diversity talent, joins our strong base of existing diversity and inclusion programs and is open to freshmen and sophomores who identify as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Native American.
Requirements:
In your freshman or sophomore year of an undergraduate degree
Expected graduation date of December 2020 - May 2022
Identify as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Native American
Please include in your application:
A copy of your current resume in PDF form.
Your GPA and SAT or ACT scores.
Only applications with all two elements will beconsidered. The deadline to submit your application is
