PRESENTORS: Mike Farve (Director of Strength Condition) and Alex Wong (Athletic Medicine)

The purpose of this session is to prepare you for the "real world" in the areas of the Healthcare System and lifelong fitness.

Mike and Alex will help you transition and navigate the Healthcare System while staying fit for life. In addition, you will learn what resources are still available for you when you transition and how to exit Michigan with your medical records.
