A special meeting of the Ann Arbor Human Rights Commission will focus on experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, & questioning (LGBTQQ) youth in our schools and explore opportunities for positive community change. Through Gayrilla Theater, the Neutral Zone's Riot Youth will present findings from a groundbreaking climate survey in the Ann Arbor Public Schools addressing bullying, harassment, safety, and curriculum issues at the intersections of sexual orientation, gender identity, race and appearance.
