Lyuba is a Russian housewife living inside of an oven. When a question at a dinner party causes her to have an existential crisis, Lyuba pledges to find out what she “does for a living.” This quest includes magical Christmas lights that seem to control her reality; visits from prostitutes, detectives, and fairies; business men; a coup against the monarchy; lots and lots of pills; a diner in the middle of a forest; and lots and lots of pills.
