It sounds strange, but maybe what the world needs is a little more Dobro! We're going to test the possibility with three world-class Dobro and slide guitar players, for a night to remember! Mark Lavengood (Lindsay Lou), Joe Wilson (Steppin' In It), and Drew Howard (a dozen albums by everyone from Mustard's Retreat to Peter Madcat Ruth) are well known to Michigan audiences for their work with other artists, but we're putting them together for an evening of Dobro synergy. When the Dopyera Brothers, John and Emil, formed the Dobro Manufacturing Company in 1929, they were dreaming of this show—they just didn't know it yet.
