NYC Entertainment & Sports Immersion (NY Mets, iHeartMedia, Madison Square Garden)
APPLICATIONS WILL OPEN ON MONDAY, JUNE 17TH, AND CLOSE ON FRIDAY, JUNE 28TH!
Want to experience NYC? Spend 2 days in NYC visiting Entertainment and Sports companies: NY Mets, iHeartMedia, Madison SquareGarden
This Immersion experience allows students to meet with various staff at each location, learn about different internships and jobs withindifferent industries, and put your knowledge to the test in interactive activities. This is a great experience for students wanting to learn aboutwhat it's like to work in Entertainment and Sports in NYC!
Previous attendees have said that - "I loved getting to know more about these amazingcompanies in such an intimate setting!" "Looking forward to the next one!" "Super informative experience that allowed me to get a glimpse of real world work experiences. It was fun getting to see the city on the way!"
Applications will open on Monday, June 17th and close on Friday, June 28th. Priority will be given to students that submit their application early. Don't wait - slots fill quickly & the application may close early! Please note that by applying to this Immersion you are agreeing to attend should you be selected.

AGENDA FOR THE TRIP
Wednesday,August 7th
- 9:00 AM: Students arrive at Citi Field (NY Mets Stadium) inQueens for visit
- 12:10 PM: NY Mets treats students to their game!
-3:30 PM: NY Mets visit is over. You are free to explore the city!
Thursday, August 8th
- 8:30 AM: Meet with iHeartMedia.
- 12:00 PM: Lunch breakas we walk over to our next site
- 1:00 PM: Meet with Madison Square Garden
-3:30PM: The Immersion is now over. You are now free to explore the city.

Students must be able to attend the full program in NYC to participate. University Career Center staff will be along with you on the Immersion to guide you through the days, and more details will be provided to the selected participants. Transportation is NOT provided for students for this event. Students will be responsible for transportation, meals & lodging. If the expense is a concern, please contact eschalle@umich.edu to discuss other options! Students are advised to bring 3 copies of their updated resume to the event.
