Paul Costa, PhD, Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry, Duke University and Scientist Emeritus, NIH/NIA.
Dr. Costa is renowned for his work in the field of personality and with Robert McCrae created the NEO PI-3/NEO PI-R inventory that is anchored in the Five-Factor Model of personality (FFM).
