Michigan Seasonal Salad, Corn Shoots & Cherry Bomb Radishes with Mixed Greens , served with your choice of Root Beer Vinaigrette or Apple-Cherry Vinaigrette

Entries include a Grilled Michigan Cherry Chicken on a bed of Roasted Apples, Peaches, Cherries, and Apricot Dressing, and a Mini-Vegetarian Ravioli (a Spinach and Garlic Mini Ravioli with Local Kale, Roasted Vegetables and a Roasted Tomato Sauce).

Entries are served with Butter Ball Maize Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Local Vegetables, along with assorted cookies and brownies, as well as beverages.

Parking:
Parking is limited near the University of Michigan Central Campus. Paid parking structures are located on Maynard St. near Liberty St. and on Palmer Dr. just off of Washtenaw Ave.

Tickets:
All guests will receive an email confirmation once they make reservations. This will act as their ticket. They will need to bring a copy of the email to the dinner.

Refunds/Cancellations:
For refunds, cancellations must be received no later than Friday, August 27, 2010. Cancellations received after then are non-refundable.
