Resonance is an annual symposium that celebrates women and non-binary artists in music technology hosted by the Department of PerformingArts Technology. This year, Resonance presents a pioneer of electronic music: Suzanne Ciani. The day-long event will include a masterclass and a performance by the artist, who will perform her works for the Buchla synthesizer with quadraphonic sound and visuals. Resonance receives generous support from the Sally Fleming Masterclass Fund, the Stearns Collection, the EXCEL Lab, and the SMTD Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
