Join us for a Q&A with John Wittman (Director of Education andArtist Relations for the Band and Orchestral Division) and Jalissa Gascho(Artists Relations Manager) of Yamaha Corporation of America. Mr. Wittmanis responsible for organizing the support for over 700 woodwind, brass,string, percussion artists as well as running the educational programs such as The Yamaha Performing Artists Competition. Ms. Gascho manages international and domestic educational support system and artist happenings, artist application and endorsement process, and various other support roles surrounding Yamaha Performing Artists. They will explore the various complexities of their work, and will also speak about various aspects of becoming a clinician from the perspective of corporate support in the arts.
