The Max Kade German Residence, a Michigan Learning Community, offers students a unique opportunity to live in the only language house on campus. The core theme of the Max Kade Haus is experiential learning – applying what is learned in one's German classes to everyday life.

Come to the open house to see if living in Max Kade is right for you! Attendees will have a chance to meet and talk to current residents and Max Kade faculty advisor Vicki Dischler. Tours of the Haus will also be available. Students who have class until 9pm are invited to attend the Kaffeestunde event which immediately follows the Open House (https://events.umich.edu/event/66421).
