Are Alien Plants Bad?
Dr. Douglas Tallamy of the University of Delaware discusses his book Bringing Nature Home: How Native Plants Sustain Wildlife in Our Gardens, which argues that by trading wild spaces for uncontrolled expansion, we’ve threatened the survival of wildlife. Tallamy argues that it’s not too late to save ecological communities.
