Faulkner in the Twenty-first Century Academy: A Discussion

Please join us for a roundtable discussion with English Professors Susan Parrish and Laurence Goldstein, English Literature Librarian Aaron McCollough, and several current graduate students with expertise in the work of William Faulkner. Topics will likely include: Faulkner and the Environment, Faulkner and Vampires, Faulkner and the Movies, Faulkner and Editorial Theory, Oprah's Summer of Faulkner, Faulkner's French Reception, Current Writing in the Faulknerian Tradition, and more.

This roundtable event will take place in the Special Collections Library (South Hatcher, 7th floor), where the exhibit "William Faulkner's Artifacts of Authorships" is currently on display.
