This German-French coproduction stars Franz Rogowski and Paula Beer in a film adaptation of Anna Segher’s 1942 novel of the same name. Set in some version of the present day, the anti-historical Transit follows a concentration camp survivor (Rogowski) as he seeks passage to North America via Nazi-occupied Marseille.
