All are invited to this free evening event to celebrate the fall season’s four special exhibitions, including work by sculptor Mark di Suvero, five leading contemporary photographers in Face of Our Time, video artist Mike Kelley in UMMA’s New Media Gallery, and a “curator’s choice” of new acquisitions. Catch a jazz concert from UMMA’s popular monthly series curated by Adam Unsworth at 8 pm in the Apse featuring the Les Thimmig Seven, or stroll the galleries and enjoy pop-up jazz before and after the concert. Curator’s conversations and light refreshments round out the evening for the launch of this new event series.
