Austin Spring Break Immersion: Duo Security, Box, and RetailMeNot, Inc.!
APPLICATIONS WILL OPEN ON MONDAY, JANUARY 27TH AND CLOSE ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 9TH!
How does exploring companies around Austin, Texas sound? Spend two days in Austin visiting top companies Duo Security, Box, and RetailMeNot, Inc.!
This Immersion experience allows students to meet with various staff at each location, learn about different internships/jobs/graduate programs within different industries, and put your knowledge to the test in interactive activities. This is a great experience for students wanting to learn about what it's like to work & live in Austin, an up-and-coming tech hub and great workplace for young adults!
Previous attendees have said that - "I loved getting to know more about these amazing companies in such an intimate setting!" "Looking forward to the next one!" "Super informative experience that allowed me to get a glimpse ofreal world work experiences. It was fun getting to see the city on the way!"
Applications will open on Monday, January 27th and close on Sunday, February 9th. Priority will be given to students that submit their application early. Don't wait - slots fill quickly & the application may close early! Please note that by applying to this Immersion you are agreeing to attend should you be selected.

- Learn what it's like to work at technology companies in functions such as marketing, engineering, business, sales, computer science, and MORE!
- These opportunities are open to ALL undergrads in any school/college
- Plenty of time to check out different attractions in between employer visits
- Gain tips on jobs/internships and make valuable contacts!

AGENDA FOR THE TRIP
Wednesday, March 4th
- 12:30 PM: Students will meet at Duo Security's downtown office.
- 1:00 PM: Duo Security visit begins.
- 3:00 PM: Duo Security visit will end. Students are free to explore the city!
Thursday, March 5th
- 8:00 AM: Students willmeet at Box.
- 9:00 AM: Box visit begins.
- 11:30 AM: Box visit will end.
- 11:30 AM-12:45 PM: Students will walk to nearby lunch options.
- 12:45 PM: Students will meet at RetailMeNot, Inc.
- 1:00 PM: RetailMeNot, Inc. visit begins.
- 3:30 PM: RetailMeNot, Inc. visit ends, the immersion is over.

Students must be able to attend the full program in Austin to participate. University Career Center staff will be along with you on the Immersion to guide you through the day, and more details will be provided to the selected participants. Transportation is NOT provided for students to this event. Students will beresponsible for transportation, meals & lodging. If the expense is a concern, please contact uccexp@umich.edu to discuss other options! Students are also advised to bring 3 copies of their updated resume to the event.
