Join Olivia Musat, certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor, for an online Qigong session. Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing art that integrates physical movement, breath, and intention in order to cultivate a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Often described as "meditation in motion", the slow and gentle movements used in Qigong help to circulate energy throughout the body, increasing vitality, focus, physical and mental well-being.
