We have pioneered many ‘firsts’ among companies in any industry in how we support our LGBTQ+ employees, including beingone of the first companies in the world to offer global tax-equalized domestic partner benefits and one of the first to support LGBTQ+ business conferences and actively recruit students over 25 years ago.
