Michael Schaftel has spent 27 years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of client facing roles in the Institutional Equity Division. His session will focus on career development, leadership, self-exploration, and navigating the transition from college to work. Michael is especially focused on helping young people navigate intergenerational relationships and focus on effectiveness in dealing with clients and colleagues. As a political science major, Michael believes the liberal arts education is especially well suited for dealing with the ambiguity and nuance that exists in the working world.
