Ann Arbor Summer Festival Kidzone - Making Art With Plants (Virtual)
Gather around the table for a family art-making activity led by staff at the University of Michigan Museum of Art. Beforehand, gather leaves, grass, and flowers! Kids and grownups will use collected plant materials from around their homes and neighborhoods to form patterns and images on paper. These will be glued down, covered in paper towel or newspaper, and then pressed to dry. The activity will last approximately 15 minutes, and it is helpful to have your materials set up before you begin.
