Alum Connections: Bev Vandegrift
“How do I distinguish myself from other candidates in job applications and interviews?” Bev Vandegrift, Co-Founder and Partner at Grindstone Recruiting, will be articulating the answers to this question in an upcoming virtual Q&A. For nearly 30 years, Bev’s work has placed the right people in the right jobs and has ultimately helped shape the technology landscape in Austin, Texas.
Bev will share some professional recommendations around writing compelling cover letters, communicating your professional story, tried-and-true interviewing techniques, and salary negotiation. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask nuanced questions on what to expect in the hiring process.
