Kiana June Weber grew up on a farm near Chelsea, Michigan, fiddling and playing guitar, and later joining the Chelsea House Orchestra and forming her own group, Daughters of Newgrass. A Celtic fiddler at heart, Kiana was classically trained and has developed her own blend of acoustic music using a diverse fusion Celtic, rock, bluegrass, and jazz influences At only 19, she was recruited by the world famous fiddle troupe Barrage, and spent three years touring with the cast. In the fall of 2012, she hit the stage as the newest member of Gaelic Storm, the Irish group seen in "Titanic." Kiana has performed with Charlene Kaye and Darren Criss and appeared on a Chinese New Year special on television in Beijing. Tonight Kiana appears with Martin Howley of star Irish band We Banjo 3 (who happens to be her husband).
