As President of Google Customer Solutions, Mary Ellen oversees the global ads business for mid-market and small businesses, serving millions of customers and thousands of partners worldwide. Her team helps businesses get online and grow, focusing on sales and operations for this high-growth segment as well as the acquisition of new advertisers and channel partners for Google Ads and YouTube. Mary Ellen also has two decades of experience working in product management, consumer marketing, and brand strategy at agencies like Leo Burnett, St. James Associates, and most notably her role as Principal at McKinsey for their North American consumer marketing portfolio.
