The purpose of this event is to acknowledge and discuss the disparity of women in leadership positions and ways that this gap can be closed. Students will hear from women within leadership at Huron on their journey, why women in leadership is important as well as highlight steps that can be taken to mitigate this trend. We will also include an ally perspective on what they can do to support and help advocate for women within leadership.
