The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) at BAE Systems is a prestigious three-year rotational program designed to develop high potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders. Program participants will be exposed to three challenging and rewarding rotational assignments spanning various business areas and geographical locations. The program includes extensive technical and leadership training, advanced education, and leadership opportunities within an industry-leading aerospace and Defense Company. Rotations are focused within the operations function of the Electronic Systems (ES) sector of the company: manufacturing, supply chain and/or the business areas and could be across any of our ES facilities (New Hampshire; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Greenlawn, NY; Endicott, NY; Manassas, VA; and Austin, Texas.)
