Sharing Your International Experiences with Employers ECRC Workshop

Are you wondering how to leverage your international experience for your career plans? Whether you went abroad, returned early due to COVID-19, or took part in a virtual international opportunity, attend this workshop for tips on how to articulate the skills, knowledge, and abilities you gained through your international experience. We will discuss effective methods of communicating your recent experiences through your resume in addition to navigating conversations with potential employers. The Engineering Career Resource Center and International Programs in Engineering will help you practice crafting impact-statements that clearly demonstrate to employers what you learned during your international experience. Be sure to have a copy of your resume to edit during the workshop! (Note: this workshop is aimed at undergraduate students who have had a study, intern, research, or volunteer/service experience outside of the US, be it in person or virtually).

The workshop will be conducted via Zoom. Please register through the Events section on Engineering Careers if planning to attend. You will be provided with the Zoom link within 24 of the start time of the workshop.

This is a College of Engineering event.
