OurCommercial Banking Underwriting Program provides a structured learning opportunity to learn and develop technical underwriting skills. Underwriters participate in an approximately 18 – 24-month training program, whichincludes an orientation, formal underwriting training, and a formal mentorship with an Underwriting Officer. Underwriters complete evaluation and documentation of the loan requests for assigned LOBs (Lines of Business); own deal analyses and execute workflow according to established SLAs (Service Level Agreements); assist in the on-going monitoring of the creditexposure for assigned relationships, including renewals, reaffirmations, and annual risk ratings.
