BAE Systems plc is a British multinational defense, security, and aerospace company. The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) at BAE Systems is currently recruiting graduating seniors for its next class to start in June of 2021. The OLDP is a full-time rotational program where members have the opportunity to participate in three different roles over the course of three years. These roles can span across any BAE Systems site within the Electronic Systems sector – locations include Austin, TX; Nashua, NH; Manassas, VA, and many more!
