Acoustic Cafe is a two-hour weekly radio show, produced weekly right here in Ann Arbor by host Rob Reinhart and reaching around the globe. This year's version of the show's new Acoustic Cafe Evening tour features Erin McKeown, Kelly Joe Phelps, and Carrie Rodriguez (host),who explains the evening and how it will flow. Each act performs a solo set that may or may not include some musical or vocal help from the other acts-each night is a detour, an exploration. The constants are that the artists all enjoy themselves and each other, that they all play together for an encore at the end of the night, and that the audiences get an intimate, affordable, often amazing live experience featuring great solo artists collaborating live together.
