McKinsey’s First Year Summer Business Analyst (FYSBA) internship offers first-year undergraduate students an opportunity to develop their problem-solving skills and consulting toolkit over the course of a ~10-week summer program. This internship is open to candidates who identify as Black/African-American, Hispanic/Latinx, and/or members of Indigenous groups native to North America. Additionally, this internship is only offered to students attending the following institutions: CUNY, Georgetown,Georgia Tech, Harvard, Howard, McGill, Michigan, MIT, Morehouse, Northwestern, Princeton, Spelman, Stanford, University of Calgary, University of Pennsylvania, University of Texas – Austin, University of Toronto, Yale.

If you’re interested in applying to the FYSBA internship, attend this case workshop! You will participate in a group case exercise and gain an understanding of the McKinsey interview process. You will also receive helpful tips on how to best prepare for the First Year SummerBusiness Analyst interview. We will host an open Q&A about case prep and best practices at the end of the session.
