The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to offer a brand-new series for learners in high school, college and beyond! “Before the Snap” gives an insight to professional careers in and around the NFL, while giving a live audience the opportunity to interact with an industry expert. On Friday, January 22nd, 2021 at 12:00pm ET special guest Ilsa Marden will be on hand to speak on her career, what she does in her current position and much more!!

Ilsa Marden is in her eighth season with the Baltimore Ravens, overseeing all tentpole events, entertainment programs aswell as pre-game and halftime entertainment. Her team is responsible for the planning, strategy, promotion and execution of events such as Draft, Beach Bash, Training Camp, Kickoff Week and A Purple Evening. With over 600 appearances in 2019 by Ravens Cheerleaders, mascot Poe and Baltimore’s Marching Ravens, Marden and her team are responsible for impacting the Baltimore Community and reaching over 1,000,000 fans outside of gameday.
