Join Chef Russ Palmer from Michigan Catering on Zoom this Wednesday, February 17th at 6 p.m. for the next interactive installment of Stressbusters. Chef Russ will prepare a healthy, comforting meal with items from the Maize and Blue Cupboard (MBC).

On Wednesday, log in to de-stress and learn some new cooking tips. If you can’t make it Wednesday, the videos will be posted on the MBC website along with recipe information. Additional cooking demonstrations will take place on March 3, March 17, March 31, and April 14.
